HAPPY ACRES WINS "BEST TRAILER" AWARD
Colleen brought home the award for "Best Trailer" at the 2014 AOF. The trailer is based on her family-friendly comedy script,
"Happy Acres." The trailer was written, produced, and directed by McQuaide as a "visual pitch" of her screenplay.
McQUAIDE WINS "EXCELLENCE IN COMEDY" AWARD
Colleen won the "Write Bros Excellence in Comedy" award at the 2012 AOF for her romantic comedy feature script "Kat's Mystique."
Interests and Activities
Colleen received her BA Degree in Political Science from Penn State. She served on the SAG Awards Television & Theatrical Nominating Committees. She was nominated and commissioned a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Julian Carroll. She won awards at numerous flower shows and horse shows. She earned state recognition for her fundraising for Habitat for Humanity.
